Job Location :- Edappally (Kochi)

Salary :-

• Assistant Personnel Officer: Rs.36,460-73,475/-
• Technician/ Junior Supervisor P&I: Rs.20,180-46,990/-
• Marketing Organizer: Rs.24,005-55,470/-

Post-Wise Vacancies :-

• Assistant Personnel Officer: 03 posts
• Technician (Boiler) Gr.II: 04 posts
• Technician (Refrigeration) Gr.II: 04 posts
• Junior Supervisor P&I: 01 post
• Marketing Organizer: 01 post

Educational Qualification :-

Assistant Personnel Officer :

• Degree from a University.
• Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management OR
• Degree from a recognized University.
• Post graduate degree in Personnel Management or MSW or MBA in Personnel Admn Or Post Graduate
• Diploma in Personnel Management from Recognized Universities.
• 3 Years of Experience

Technician (Boiler) Gr.II :

• SSLC with ITI in fitter trade.
• 2nd class Boiler Certificate.
• 3 years Experience in the trade.
• First/ Second class Boiler Attenders Certificate issued by Department of Factories and Boilers.

Technician (Refrigeration) Gr.II :

• SSLC with ITI Refrigeration and having an Electrical wireman License.
• 3 years Experience in the trade.

Junior Supervisor P&I :

• Graduate with HDC/B Sc (Banking & Cooperation) of KAU. OR
• Secretaries of affiliated APCOS with a degree and 3 years experience as paid Secretary

Marketing Organizer :

• First Class degree and or High Second Class Post Degree in any discipline or Degree in Cooperation & Banking from KAU.
• Two Year experience in the Marketing of consumer products.

Upper Age Limit (as on 01.01.2020) :-

• General – 40 years
• SC/ST – 45 years
• OBC/ Ex-service man – 43 years
• Employees of affiliated APCOS and physically handicapped – 50 years

Selection Process :-

• For Technician : Selection is based on written and qualifying skill tests only.
• For All Other Posts : Selection will be based on written test, group discussion, and interview.

Note :-

• The minimum cut off marks for the written test for all categories will be 50%.
• There will be negative marks for wrong answers and for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
