The firm strictly works on the principle of Total Quality Management, having motto of excellent quality with total consumers satisfaction.
Position :- Quality Inspector
Qualification :- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 1-2 Years
Job Location :- Manesar
Salary :- Rs 2,00,000 – 3,00,000 P.A
Job Description :-
- 1. Maintain ISO/QMS records
- 2. Conduct internal audit of QMS
- 3. Represent company for customer audit
- 3. P-PAP documents submission & filing
- 4. Prepare WINs,SOPs,CQCPs
- 5. Resolve customer related concerns
- 6. Resolve quality related issues
- 7. Prepare MIS data monthly
- 9. Arrange monthly MRM meeting
- 10. Validate and implement countermeasures
- 11. Derive Kaizen activities from all the departments and validate
- 12. New tool trial verification and T1 submission
- 13. Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements
- 14. Report to top management on the performance of the quality and management system and any need for improvement,
- 15. Dimensional checking of components.
- 16. Follow up New Development related activities
- 17. Maintain 5S
- 18. Part Inspection
- 19. Inspection Report Preparation
