Qualification :- ITI / Diploma

Experience :- min. of 6 months experience as operator in production line

Job Location :- Visakhapatnam

Job Description :-

Operating the machines as per route card in line with Work Instruction, Process sheet, drawings , control plan etc.,
Getting Job set-up approval from Production & Quality In charges.
Updating of JH checklist, Process monitoring sheets and SIR sheets
Selection of part programs as per required part which was proved
Ensuring the selection of proper tools with reference to SOP.
Using of measuring instruments and gauges effectively.
To ensure that the measuring devices used in the shop bear valid calibration status.
To ensure product identification & traceability of components available in shop as per Route card.
To ensure proper handling, storage & preservation of components available in shop.
