Qualification :- ITI in Electrician

Experience :- 5 to 7 Years

Roles and Responsibilities :-

  • The candidate will be responsible for plant maintenance for CNC/conventional machines.
  • The candidate will be repairing machines with Gearbox, ball screw, spindle unit, bearing replacement overhauling of machines, reconditioning.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations
  • Will be responsible for preventive & break down maintenance of machines.
  • He/she will be responsible to assemble the components.
  • The candidate should be responsible to maintain the machines and tools.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

  • Should have a degree of I T I Electrician
  • The candidate must have 5 to 7 years of experience.
  • Have prior experience in plant maintenance for CNC /conventional machines
  • The candidate should be having sound knowledge of CNC / conventional machines like Lathe, Borer, Milling, etc.
  • Candidate should have Knowledge of repairing machines with Gearbox, ball screw, spindle unit, bearing replacement overhauling of machines, reconditioning.
  • He should have knowledge of preventive & break down maintenance of machines.
  • Have knowledge of safety awareness.
  • Should Use and maintain specialized machines and tools
  • Should know how to Assemble the components so they are ready for installation
