Furnace Operator – First Hand (JOB Code – SMS_001):
- Qualification :- ITI (Fitter/Turner)
- Experience :- 6 to 12 years
- Roles & Responsibilities :-
- All activities related to hot metal handling & furnace inspection
- EAF Electrode adjustment and addition
- Knowledge of tapping addition sequence
- EBT cleaning & inspection.
- Operation of Temperature measurement and Sample collection in EAF.
- Command over material selection, recognition and managemnet.
Technician (Electrical) (JOB Code – SMS_002
- Qualification :- ITI (Electrician)
- Experience :- 4 to 10 years
- Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Attend the running breakdowns of the crane area and the rectification of the same
- Finding out abnormilites in equipment and shairing with supervisors
- Perform PM activities as per SAP schedule.
- Keeping the spares in ready condition and reparing the faulty ones
