Malabar Cements Limited is an Indian cement company. It is among the largest public sector cement production undertakings. It is fully owned by the Government of Kerala and is the only major integrated cement plant in the State. The total installed capacity of MCL is 6.2 lakh tons. The Company was incorporated on 11 April 1978 and commenced cement production at its Walayar plant in April 1984. A 2.5MW multi-fuel power plant for Walayar was commissioned in June 1998.

Job Location :- Kerala

Salary :-

  • Asst. Manager – Rs.63,580/-
  • Welfare Officer – Rs.59,130/-
  • Maistry – Rs.36,592/-

Qualification :-

Asst. Manager (Civil) :

  • Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years Experience in Planning, Supervision and Execution of Civil Works in Cement Plant/ Projects.

Welfare Officer :

  • Graduate from recognised University with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Work/ Social Science from an institution recognised by the Government of Kerala or LLB with Labour Law as elective subject of University recognised by the Government of Kerala
  • Minimum 3 years Post Qualification Industrial exposure in relevant field. Fluency in Malayalam is essential

Maistry :

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years experience in the supervision of Civil works in Cement Plant/
    Projects.

Age Limit :-

  • Asst. Manager – 39 years
  • Welfare Officer – 39 years
  • Maistry – 38 years

Selection Process :-

  • The selection process will be based on written test/interview.
