Qualification :-  ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical

Experience :- 1 – 2 years experience in the relevant field

Job Description :- 

• To be responsible to guide a team of engineers and technicians in day-to-day maintenance of various engineering appliances used in the hospital and high-rise building of effective usage.
• Is responsible for planning and implementation of periodical up gradation of building facilities.
• Responsible for upgrading and modernization of utility equipment as and when required in various areas.
• Dealing with government organisation and other establishments in relation with relevant hospital laws and regulations.
• Responsible for preparing budget for repairs and maintenance activities, and capital expenditures related to facility maintenance.
• Taking policy decision on facility management in coordination with the management.
