Qualification  :- ITI –Electrical, Fitter /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :-  2 – 3 Years

Job Description :- 

• 1. Attend complaints of customers for servicing/repair of products within the stipulated deadline and close the same with satisfactory report.
• 2. Prepare repair estimate for tools, to train newly appointed service engineer / technician.
• 3. Coordinate for requirement of material needed to repair the tools, to generate service report.
• 4. Problem solving approach good technical skills.
• 5. Authorised to sign repair estimate and make list of required spare parts, reporting to sales manager.. Prepare repair estimate for tools.
• 6. To train newly appointed service engineer / technician.
