- Operating plant.
- Meet production target without compromising quality norms.
- Daily production with respect to dispatch.
- Utilization of man, machine, material and resource at given benchmark.
- Process optimization.
- Effective intra organization communication for smooth working of designated work area.
- Come out with innovative ideas for process improvements.
- Implement FSMS, ISO, 5S and FSSAI norms.
- Train shop floor casual labors.
- Maintain up to mark hygiene in the plant with implementing GHP, GMP and 5S.
