Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities :
- 1.Interact with customers on handset related issues
- 2. Troubleshoot handset defects
- 3. Handle handset related queries
- 4. Record job entry in Customer Relationship Management portal
- 5. Upgrade software of handsets
- 6. Assemble / dismantle smartphones (unibody/duobody)
- 7. Repair handsets by changing screen, speaker, mic, camera etc
- 8. Repair handsets by PCB swap, charging connecter replacement etc
- 9. Deposit of cash collected through service
- 10. Verify handsets for exchange.
